ALL ABOUT ME

How many people do you know that were raised by a magician? I can tell you in my thirty something years on this planet I haven't met another of my tribe. My father wasn't a particularly good magician, (he wasn't a particularly good father either,) but I was raised in a household that prized theatricality and storytelling from an early age.

After my awkward teenage years, I escaped to the Savannah College of Art and Design to pursue a career in Sequential Art. After discovering that I didn’t have the patience to draw comics in a dark room for ten hours a day, I escaped with a film degree and a passion for screenwriting.

In 2013 I was a founding partner in the production company Some Nerve Productions along with Fred Gundry and Jeff Currier. We serviced clients on both sides of the aisle, winning the CPAC award for “Thinking Outside the Box: Political Messaging.” I left the company to pursue my dream of working on large Hollywood productions but remained as a consultant.

In 2021 I produced Superhuman Public Radio, an audio drama that parodies NPR if it took place in a world full of superheroes. That show went on to win “Outstanding Comedy Podcast 2022” at the Catalyst Story Institute. My screenwriting has placed in several contests, most notably my pilot Profit won the San Francisco International Screenwriting Festival.

Most days I can be found running after my son Milo keeping him from terrorizing my dog Spencer while my wife Brenna grades papers in the middle of the bombshell that is our happy home.
