“This Day” Harry Dunn Election Commercial - Art Direction - 2024

This job was fairly unique in several ways. The aim was to create a political commercial in the style of the music video of “Across the Universe” by Fiona Apple. In our piece it would be Harry speaking to the camera on January 6th. While all of this is a great concept, I had only two days of prep from the initial phone call, to the shoot. I was able to get dry trash from my neighbor’s trash cans, grab paintings from thrift stores, and rent assets from a local prop house. All together we were able to create a hectic environment, that appears to be a lot more expensive on screen than it was on paper.

“Sound of Silence” AT&T Heads up Helmet - Propmastery - 2023

It’s rare that you get commercial work for something that you truly believe in, but this is the exception. AT&T had partnered with Gallaudet University to help create a HUD for their QB to use during games. I was brought on by the Production Designer the week before shooting and like most gigs, the scope increased after the scout. The props I am the most proud of with this piece are the helmet sketches while the AT&T Engineers are looking at that I drew by hand.

“Find your pack” at the Zoo by Chewy - Propmastery - 2023

Normally you prop people up on commercials. This commercial was entirely focused on pets. I had to create two unique looks for a lizard cage. Prep a dog getting brushed (to the point that the brushed hair can create another dog.) And purchased over 1k in dog collars, cat collars, and toys. This is on top of the phones and laptops needed to work practically as a part of the scenes. However, we had an amazing director who got out of the two locations we filmed for this piece. I am proud to include this as apart of my resume.

“Vince’s Places” - Episode Unknown - Art Direction - 2021

A spinoff of the more popular Peyton’s Places, Vince’s Places is the basketball version of the show. For the episode I worked on we recreated the 1985 NBA Draft. Everything pictured was created by my team, minus the revolving ball which was created by artisans from NYC.
